1. Controller

The controller responsible for data processing on this website is Jon Smallhill, smallhill ventures - c/o OctiCode SARL, the same operator identified in the imprint. Contact details, including the postal address and email, are listed there.

2. Waitlist data

When you join the waitlist we collect your name, work email address and company. We use this data solely to manage early access to AdAstra. Signup uses double opt-in: we send a confirmation link that expires after 48 hours, and entries that are never confirmed are deleted automatically. Confirmed entries are stored in Google Cloud Firestore in an EU region, and are deleted on request via the contact address in the imprint.

3. Email delivery

We use Resend (Resend, Inc.) to send waitlist confirmation and notification emails. Resend processes the recipient email address and the message content on our behalf to deliver these emails.

4. Bot protection

The signup form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile. Cloudflare processes technical browser signals to distinguish human visitors from automated bots, without tracking you across other websites.

5. Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 with Consent Mode v2 to understand how visitors use this site. Analytics cookies and IP-based measurement are only activated after you consent via the cookie banner, and IP addresses are anonymized. You can withdraw your consent at any time using the cookie settings link in the footer.

6. Hosting & logs

This site is hosted on Firebase Hosting (Google). Google's infrastructure keeps server logs, including IP addresses, for a short period for security and abuse prevention.

7. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, or erase your data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. To exercise any of these rights, use the contact address listed in the imprint.
